2010-2014 Dodge Grand Caravan, Chrysler Town & Country recalled
DOHA: The Ministry of Economy and Commerce, in collaboration with United Cars – Al Mana, dealer of Dodge and Chrysler in Qatar, has announced the recall of Dodge Grand Caravan and Chrysler Town & Country 2010-2014 models due to defects in the rear quarter window switch.
The recall is within the framework of coordination and follow-up by the ministry to ascertain dealers’ commitment to follow up defects and repair them to protect consumers’ rights.
The ministry said it will coordinate with United Cars – Al Mana to follow up maintenance and repair processes and communicate with clients to ensure the success of the recall campaign and implementation of procedures to fix defects.
Consumers have been urged to report any abuses or irregularities to the Department of Consumer Protection and Commercial Fraud Combat. The Peninsula
