Gaza: Leader of Hamas political bureau Ismail Haniyah has praised the support extended by Qatar to the Gaza Strip as well as the role of its support in the life of Gazans under the siege imposed on them. Haniyah highlighted Qatar's support for Gaza while delivering a speech to outline Hamas's top priorities in the next stage. Haniyah put forward a new initiative to formulate a clear and unified political programme based on commonalities and based on the goals, rights and aspirations of the Palestinian people.
