Cypriot Ambassador to Qatar Charalambos Panayides visited The Peninsula newspaper late last week and met Editor-in-Chief Dr Khalid bin Mubarak Al-Shafi. The ambassador praised the newspaper and congratulated Dr Al-Shafi on its successful re-launch earlier this year and the progress achieved by the newspaper.
