Khalifa Al Misnad, President, Entrepreneurs’ Organization Qatar
He earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas before receiving a Doctorate of Jurisprudence at the University of Houston. Upon being admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2006, Khalifa joined Qatar Petroleum’s legal department. After acceptance at the Qatar Bar in 2010, his law office joined forces with Beirut-based Rifaat Associates to launch Al-Misnad & Rifaat, a new law firm in Qatar.
