Consolidated Gulf Company (CGC) and Cisco hosted a live, immersive, face-to-face video conferencing experience via the network called Cisco TelePresence for the industry stakeholders at Four Seasons Hotel in Doha recently.
Gauthier Dupont, Product Sales Manager, Cisco, gave a complete walkthrough of the TelePresence solution, including a presentation and an interactive live feed from London, so that the attendees could take part and experience it first-hand. Cisco TelePresence allows users to enjoy real-time communication and to collaborate with colleagues, clients and partners even if they are in a different city. While sitting at a conference table in the Cisco TelePresence room, participants can connect to other participants with a simple phone call. The set-up of the rooms allows participants to feel as if they are sitting across a table, in a life-size meeting room.
