Minister of Labour H E Dr. Ali bin Smaikh Al Marri (left) met with United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights H E Volker Türk in Geneva yesterday.
During the meeting, they discussed aspects of joint cooperation and ways to support and develop them, especially issues related to the labour field.
The Minister congratulated Türk on his appointment as the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, calling on him to visit Qatar during the forthcoming period.
