Doha, Qatar: A psychological engineer Ahmed Mukhtar held a training workshop titled “Steps to Success” yesterday at La Cigale Hotel in Doha.

The event was attended by several individuals interested in human development and self-improvement from various professional sectors.

The workshop aimed to provide a scientific and practical approach to the concept of success, based on self-awareness, clear goal setting, and building a positive mindset capable of dealing with challenges and turning them into opportunities for growth and development.

The workshop focused on integrating applied psychology with practical experience to contribute to the development of the participants’ personal and professional skills.

During the session, Ahmed Mukhtar addressed several key themes, including the importance of a clear vision in achieving goals, effective time and energy management, and overcoming psychological barriers and the fear of failure.

He also touched upon building self-confidence, enhancing self-discipline, and maintaining consistency in work. Furthermore, he emphasised that psychological balance constitutes one of the fundamental pillars for both professional and personal success.

The workshop witnessed significant engagement from participants, featuring practical exercises and open discussions. This provided the audience with the opportunity to exchange experiences and ask questions within a training atmosphere characterised by vitality and a focus on the practical side.

At the conclusion of the workshop, he stressed that success is not a final destination, but a continuous path that requires self-awareness and a genuine will for change, investing in building the human being, psychologically and intellectually, is the foundation for any sustainable progress.
