Qatar participated in a GCC preparatory meeting at the level of finance ministers that was held in Riyadh yesterday, and adopted the internal regulation of the newly founded GCC authority for economic and development affairs. Qatar’s delegation was headed by Minister of Economy and Commerce H E Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassem Al Thani.
