Governor of the Qatar Central Bank (QCB) Sheikh Bandar bin Mohammed bin Saoud Al Thani met yesterday with Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley Capital International company (MSCI) Henry Fernandez and the accompanying delegation. During the meeting the two sides reviewed the most prominent developments in the local and international capital markets.
