Doha: Adding more flavour to Doha’s food landscape, a new multicuisine restaurant is coming up in Bin Mahmoud.
Starting tomorrow, the Shalimar Durbar will serve a wide variety of traditional Arabian, Indian and Chinese dishes, catering to Doha’s diverse expat community and Qatari nationals. Mutton rana, fish tawa and biryanis of various flavours will be among 300-plus dishes our menu lists. Experienced chefs in the trade for long years in the GCC countries would oversee kitchen operations.
“Making food tasteful is one thing  because it drives people to us. But we give equal importance to making it healthy. From choosing healthy menu to natural ingredients, from cooking to serving, we will strive for the best of standards,” Musthafa Shalimar, Chief Proprietor, told a press conference.
“Shalimar Durbar will also provide a peaceful ambience that suits the taste of discerning patrons. We also provide conference room and party hall with attentive staff for business meetings and cultural events. We invite you all to the inaugural event on Garage Street.”
