Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Interior (MoI) has advised parents and guardians to be conscious of their actions and remain calm during emergency situations.
In a statement shared on social media, the MoI said that behaviour of parents in emergencies directly affects their children’s sense of safety and reassurance.
The ministry added that parents should ensure they follow preventive guidelines and secure safe places within the home to protect the children.
Earlier, the Ministry had warned against gathering at accident sites, photographing or sharing clips of ongoing field developments in the country as this may attract legal accountability.
