Doha: Mohammed Saeed Haidan clinched the Diamond Tour title as the sixth round of the Longines Hathab – Qatar Equestrian Tour concluded on Saturday night at the Qatar Equestrian Federation’s outdoor arena.

Haidan topped the 150cm competition with an impressive time of 59.91 seconds aboard Quick Nick. Saudi rider Khaled Al-Eid claimed both second and third places, clocking 60.37 seconds on Raker DMC and 63.05 seconds on Q Layen, respectively.

In the 120cm Bronze Round, young riders delivered outstanding performances. Khalid Al-Hadi secured first place with a time of 53.23 seconds riding Doremi du Flot Z. Jaber Rashid Al-Amri finished second in 53.74 seconds on Apollon du Banney, while Abdulaziz Fahd Al-Eid took third in 55.48 seconds on Kayenne Of de Rocky Mounten.

In the team event of the same round, Team The Dome captured the top spot with a combined time of 111.95 seconds. Team Ajwad followed in second with 125.73 seconds, while Team Marwan Al Shaqab finished third in 127.24 seconds.

Meanwhile, in the Young Riders Tour (90cm), Khalifa bin Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani emerged victorious with a swift round of 29.06 seconds aboard Zion II Vdk. Shereed Nasser Al Kaabi came second in 29.18 seconds on Khowr Al Udayd, and Sultan Jassim Al Suwaidi rounded off the podium in 29.94 seconds riding Violet Van Het Koetshuis.
