Doha: Josoor Institute, a centre of excellence founded by Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC), has launched a second set of professional certificate and diploma programmes in ‘Football and Sports Management’ and ‘Major Events Management’.
The programmes, in partnership with international academic partners, will be delivered by regional and global experts in sports and major events management from Georgetown University, University of Liverpool and Leeds Beckett University.
The first block of the programmes taking place until Thursday has welcomed some 25 delegates from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Tunisia and Sudan, including representatives from Tunisian Football Federation, Saudi Professional League and Oman Football Association, SC, Aspire, Qatar Petroleum, Qatar Olympic Committee, Qatar Football Association, the Ministry of Interior and ICSS, among others.
