The award, jointly launched by the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs and the Ministry of Sports and Youth, seeks to encourage scientific research among young people and strengthen their contribution to addressing social and developmental issues through academic inquiry and evidence-based solutions.

This year’s edition focuses on the concept of social responsibility among youth within the Qatari context, highlighting both the opportunities and challenges associated with active participation in community development. The initiative forms part of broader efforts to support youth empowerment and enhance their role in achieving sustainable social progress.
