Emir issues four decrees

Doha: Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani yesterday issued Decree No. 26 of 2016 on the ratification of the Unified Agreement for Investment of Arab Capital in Arab States (modified).
The Emir also issued Decree No. 27 of 2016 on the ratification of an agreement on exemption of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic and special passports and service passports, signed between Qatar and Cuba in Havana on November 23, 2015.
The Emir issued Decree No. 24 of 2016 on the ratification of a memorandum of understanding in the field of sport between the Ministry of Youth and Sport and China’s General Administration of Sport, signed in Beijing on November 3, 2014.
The Emir also issued Decree No 25 of 2016 on the ratification of an agreement on  legal cooperation between the Ministry of Justice and Romania’s Ministry of Justice, signed in Bucharest on October 21, 2015.
The decrees are effective from their date of issuance and will be published in the official gazette. They shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.
