The market capitalization decreased to QR649.80bn from QR650.91bn registered Tuesday.
The traded value increased to about QR100.54m with a volume of 20,045,109 shares from 8,383 transactions today compared with QR452.72m with a volume of 12,232,162 shares from 6,090 transactions on Tuesday.
Indices of two sectors gained and five declined.
Industries index gained the most today, up 0.68 percent to 3,978.06 points. Real Estate index declined 1.76 percent to 2,681.01 points and Telecom sector dropped 0.71 percent to 1,248.71 points.
From the 43 companies listed on QSE, shares of 43 saw trading today. From these 16 advanced, 23 declined and four remained unchanged.
QSE Total Return Index declined 0.02 percent (18,931.60 points), QSE Al Rayan Islamic Index dropped 0.45 percent (4,658.66 points), QSE All Share Index declined 0.21 percent (3,251.49 points).
