Doha: The Advisory Council yesterday held the weekly meeting of its 44th ordinary session, chaired by Speaker H E Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khulaifi. Secretary-General Fahad bin Mubarak Al Khayareen read out the agenda which was agreed upon. The council endorsed the minutes of its previous session. It took note of a memo by the Cabinet General Secretariat to the Ministry of Economy and Commerce on the council’s recommendations on the draft law amending the provisions of Law No. 8 of 2002 on the organisation of the business of commercial agents.
