The volume of shares traded reached 179 million, with 83 companies seeing their share prices rise, while 172 companies saw their share prices decline.
Meanwhile, the parallel market index, Nomu, closed the day down 275.38 points at 23,719.27 points, with trading valued at SR 12 million. The volume of shares traded reached over one million.
