GWC employees get a free health check.
GWC (QSC), Qatar’s leading logistics provider, has offered its employees a free health check through an initiative held in cooperation with Naseem Al Rabeeh Medical Centre.
Entitled “GWC Wellness Day”, employees were invited to check their blood pressure, blood sugar levels, and height and weight with medical professionals at the company’s headquarters on D-Ring Road. Based on the evaluation, the medical professionals advised the employee whether or not they should seek further follow-up with a doctor. This event was the second of a series in GWC, with the first being held in the company’s Logistics Village Qatar (LVQ) in September 2016, with 410 employees participating in both events. The series will continue with an upcoming Wellness Day planned for the Street 15 facility in the coming months.
