Doha: Minister of Municipality and Environment H E Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Rumaihi yesterday met the Undersecretary at Oman’s Ministry of Housing, Engineer Saif bin Amir Al Shaqsi and Chairman of Muscat Municipality Engineer Mohsen bin Mohammed Al Sheikh in Muscat. Talks dealt with enhancing cooperation between Qatar and Oman in municipal affairs.
Al Rumaihi began his visit to Oman yesterday and met Minister of Environment and Climate Affairs Mohammed bin Salim Al Toobi. They reviewed means of enhancing cooperation in environmental fields.
He also met Undersecretary at the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources for Regional Municipalities Affairs Hamad bin Sulaiman Al Gharibi and visited Muscat’s Qurum Natural Park and Qurum Nature Reserve.
The meetings were attended by Qatari Ambassador to Oman Ali bin Fahad Al Hajri.
