Doha: Minister of Municipality and Environment H E Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Rumaihi yesterday issued a ministerial decision appointing Issa Rashid Ali Hamad as Director of Arab Towns Organisation Award Foundation.
Ali Hamad joined the foundation in 2009, where he worked as chief of the Department of Public Relations and Communications. He participated in the prize in many Arab and Gulf cities, meetings of general conference of the foundation and supervised exhibitions on the sidelines of the conference, reports QNA.
