DOHA: Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS) has observed the International Workers’ Day at a public event for expatriate workers held at the Cricket Stadium, Asian Town, Industrial Area yesterday.
QRCS had a special corner to present diverse training and education related activities, reinforcing QRCS’s role in society in partnership with public and private organizations, mainly the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour, and Social Affairs. Representatives from more than 30 institutions were introduced to QRCS’s mission and services for expatriate workers through its Workers’ Health Centres and health education programmes at worksites, under the supervision of the Ministry of Public Health.The Peninsula
