Doha: Katara Cultural Village has announced a poetry contest on the passion for Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessings of Allah Be Upon Him).
The Katara Poetry Council said participation should be with seven verses (in colloquial or classical Arabic). Participants should be from Qatar and should send their names to [email protected] by Thursday. Five winners will receive QR20,000, QR15,000, QR10,000, QR8,000 and QR5,000, respectively.QNA
