The topics which were discussed and presented during the workshop include learning styles, active learning, cooperative learning, organizing learning, creativity in classroom, understanding a child, effective classroom management and love yourself and your work.
All sessions were a great source of learning and a lot of fun as well. The trainer used to explain the topics in a beautiful and effective way and all the groups used to prepare very interesting, innovative and creative activities which were applicable in the classrooms. All topics were thoroughly discussed.
The activities held during the workshops include solve the puzzles, finding numbers and alphabets and Huruf-e-Tahaji from the sand buckets, case studies of problem creating  students, survey /questionnaire, listening, speaking and writing activities, creating different objects by using shapes, arranging the alphabets, numbers and Huruf-e-Tahaji, jumping on the given alphabets and numbers and some relaxing exercises
These training sessions will help the teachers to improve their general skills, improve overall organization, improve class management, improve educational technology knowledge, and learn ways to better motivate students.
Overall it was a great learning experience for all the teachers. All the sessions had a great impact on them. They all were motivated and enthusiastic to implement some new strategies in their classrooms.
Teachers’ professional training and professional development is a necessary ingredient to support innovative and beneficial teaching. It is important for student achievement. Teacher learning is a continuous process that promotes teachers’ teaching skills, master new knowledge, develop new proficiency, which in turn, helps to improve students’ learning.
