H H Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF), yesterday attended the opening ceremony of Sheikh Jaber Al Ahmed Cultural Centre, which was held in the presence of Emir of Kuwait H H Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah in Kuwait.
