Muscat: The official price of Omani crude oil for July delivery was set at $104.17 per barrel on Friday, May 1, 2026, marking a daily decline, according to data released in Muscat.

The price fell by $3.03 per barrel compared with the previous trading day. Despite the drop, Oman's crude has seen strong gains in recent months. The average price for May delivery stood at $124.05 per barrel, an increase of $55.90 from April's delivery price.

Omani crude is considered a key benchmark for oil exports from the Middle East to Asia, and its movements are closely watched by global energy markets.
