Doha: The organising committee of the first Qatar Youth Forum yesterday adopted the recommendations of the participants. The forum was organised by the Ministry of Culture and Sports to empower young Qataris and listen to their ideas.
The committee held sessions under the guidance of Minister of Culture and Sports H E Salah bin Ghanem Al Ali to study the recommendations and directed the placement of a timetable.
The recommendations cover youth initiatives; entrepreneurship; and establishing a prize for distinguished young Qataris in the media field; incubators for social projects in Qatar and a campaign to raise awareness about traffic and driving.
